The Hopkins County Health Department and Hopkins County Public Health Taxing District,
in accordance with Chapters 65 and 424 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, hereby
provide notice the financial records for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021
may be found on-line at https://kydlgweb.ky.gov or inspected at the Hopkins County Health Department, 412 North Kentucky Avenue, Madisonville, KY during administrative office hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm as of September 1, 2021.  Request for inspection should be made to the Public Health Director.
